We have a number of schemes to support to you in your home.
The Live Well Service
The Live Well Service is a bespoke intensive housing management service which we offer in-house, as an extra form of assistance for any of our customers who need it. Its purpose is to offer additional advice, assistance, and help so our customers can stay ‘living well’ in their homes – whatever this might mean for them. By signing up to access the service, you will receive regular contact, either face-to-face or over the phone, from your very own dedicated personal advisor who you can also contact directly with any enquiries you may have, without needing to go via our Contact Centre.
Reasonable adjustments
Making sure our services can be easily accessed by all our customers, including those who have additional needs or disabilities, is a priority.
A reasonable adjustment involves making a change to the way we usually do things to take account of your individual needs.
This may be a physical alteration in your home, a change to the way in which we deliver our services, or a change to how we communicate with you.
There is no set list of options as each reasonable adjustment is suited to meet your individual needs.
For each request, we’ll speak to you to discuss what is reasonable in your circumstances.
