Oldham Edge neighbourhood

This year we’re investing £1 million to improve our customers’ homes in the Oldham Edge neighbourhood and we have a series of improvements planned for 223 homes.

Planned work: New roofs, windows and rainwater drainage items such as guttering, drainpipes etc.

Benefits to you: This work is being carried out make homes more energy efficient, leading to potential savings on energy bills.

Start on site: September 2020

Completion: April 2021
