We are working with north-west based Robwood Construction to transform a brownfield site into a scheme of energy efficient one and two-bedroom apartments, for Rent to Buy and Affordable Rent.

The £3.7m development on a brownfield site on Shaw Street, Royton will be built by Robwood Construction. The contractor is delivering 15 one-bedroom and 15 two-bedroom apartments for us, all for affordable rent.
