Big Energy Saving Week 2023: How we can give you a hand to save on energy costs

As the cost-of-living increases, there’s never been a better time to save energy, help reduce your costs and do your bit for the environment.
That’s why, during Big Energy Saving week we’re sharing tips and advice to help you save on your energy bills.
We’ll also be highlighting ways our teams are working to boost the energy efficiency of our customers’ homes and build new, energy efficient homes. The results? Residents are benefitting from sustainable homes that are cheaper to run and will keep households warm into the future.

“The cost-of-living crisis is impacting everyone and our message to customers concerned about their energy bills or looking for ways to reduce gas and electric costs is: we’re here to give you a hand.
“We can provide a range of information and advice to help you save energy in your home and reduce your bills. Our Warm Spaces are also here to help you keep warm for free. If you need support or assistance, please get in touch with us.
“We’re also investing to make existing homes more energy efficient with a range of improvements such new insulation, windows, doors and the latest low carbon technologies such as air source heat pumps and photo voltaic panels to generate green energy. We’re building more good quality, energy efficient and low carbon new homes too, to help meet local housing need.
“This work is helping us stay on track with targets to provide high quality, sustainable homes that make a positive difference to our customers, meet today’s housing need and are fit for the future.”
