Budding Neighbourhoods 2024 winners revealed

The winners of our  ‘Budding Neighbourhoods’ 2024 gardening competition have been announced.

The online event encourages our customers to enter three categories to showcase their horticultural skills and win vouchers.

The categories were: A Brew and My View, to show off planting efforts while enjoying a cuppa. My Garden Harvest, focusing on those who grew their own food and Garden Genius, highlighting the inventive ways gardens can be transformed.

Winner of Brew and My View was Kelly Jones from Derker. Becky Twist from Failsworth won Garden Genius and the Garden Harvest winner was Saiqa Zulfiqar from Glodwick.

Michael Webb customer involvement officer said: “Many congratulations to the winners and runners up of our Budding Neigbourhoods competition 2024.

“Now we are in the dark days of winter, we're delighted to show the winning gardens in all their summer splendour to lift the post-Christmas spirits.

“We are always knocked out by the standard of entries we receive and how proud our customers are of their gardens. Thank you to everyone who took the time to enter. We enjoyed looking at all of them.”

The 2024 winners each received £100 Love2Shop vouchers, with second and third place in each category receiving £50 and £25 respectively.
