We know the pandemic and other recent events have hit many of our customers hard. That's why we've launched a survey to better understand your circumstances so we can improve our services to support you.
- All customers we have a mobile phone number for will receive a survey by text message this week.
- Just click on the survey link and take a minute to complete it
- Every customer who completes the survey will automatically be entered into a draw for 20 chances to win £50
- Our survey closes on 20 October 2021
