Christmas and New Year closing times 2024-2025

We will close at 12noon on Tuesday, 24 December 2024 and will reopen at 9am Thursday, 2 January 2025.

In case of an emergency, please use the below numbers:

• For heating and boiler issues, please ring Sure Group on 03333 212797.
• For other emergency repairs, please ring 0161 393 7117. Your call will reach our out of hours service.
• For emergency accommodation, please ring 0800 988 7061.
• For where to go for help in a crisis, visit the Oldham Council website for a list of services and partner community organisations that can help you in an emergency.

While we’re closed you can check your rent and charges, make payments, update your contact details, and log queries on our customer portal My Account.
