Christmas and New Year closing times 2024-2025

We will close at 12noon on Tuesday, 24 December 2024 and will reopen at 9am Thursday, 2 January 2025. We hope everyone celebrating Christmas has a wonderful time, and we'll see you all in January 2025!

While we’re closed you can check your rent and charges, make payments, update your contact details, and log queries on our customer portal My Account.

Egerton Street neighbourhood: Intermittent disruption to heating and hot water service

We are aware that several customers in the Egerton Street area are experiencing intermittent disruption to the system which supplies heating and hot water to their home.

We are supporting all affected residents and will continue to do so until the issue is fully resolved.
