Demolition of Crossbank and Summervale tower blocks: expressions of interest invited from contractors

Great news! We are getting ready to embark on the demolition and clearance of the Crossbank and Summervale tower blocks in Oldham, and we’re inviting expressions of interest from demolition contractors to work with us.

This demolition will be the important first step in our ambitious West Vale redevelopment project. We want to bring around 90 high quality, affordable new homes to the area and creating a vibrant neighbourhood where people, families and businesses can thrive – find out more in the development section of our website.
