Calling customers and leaseholders. Could you be a new independent member of our Operations Committee? 

Customers are at the heart of what we do, and we know working with you is so important for delivering excellent customer experience.

To help us do this even better, we’ve launched a new group called our Operations Committee.

This is all about listening to our customers and understanding how your views can shape great services for everyone who lives in an FCHO home.

We’re now looking for a group of leaseholders and tenants to be part of our Operations Committee. Read on to find out more.

What do I need to know?

The Operation Committee member role is about making sure customers' voices are heard on issues that affect you and giving you plenty of chances to influence and review strategies, policies, services, and decisions.

As an independent member you will oversee and examine operational matters for the Board, with a focus on customer service delivery, operational impact, and performance

We will offer a salary of £3k per year and brilliant training and development opportunities.

About you 

We're looking for FCHO tenants or leaseholders who are creative and passionate with the ability to bring new ideas, views and energy to our committee.

You’ll be confident, a great communicator, comfortable working as part of a team and be able to identify with our values.

Passionate about our neighbourhoods and residents and with an interest in housing and improving the lives of our customers, you’ll be driving strategic change in the way we deliver services to our customers.

Whether you're new to this or have some experience, we’ll make sure you get all the training and support you need.
