Investment programme in Higginshaw Village begins

Customers in Higginshaw Village will benefit from new windows and doors, and work on gutters and downpipes, now our investment programme in the neighbourhood is underway.
Between now and July we’re spending £960,000 on improvements to 276 homes in Higginshaw Village. The work means:
- New windows, front doors and back doors to make homes more energy efficient, leading to potential savings on energy bills
- Work on gutters and downpipes to prevent them from overflowing and causing damage to homes
- New leaf guards to stop blockages in gutters and downpipes.
We have appointed specialist contractor Connolly Ltd to carry out the work.
For this to take place, we will need access to your home. Connolly’s Resident Liaison Officer will contact you to arrange a convenient time to complete the work.
They will make an appointment to visit you and explain everything you need to know about the work, and ask you to choose a front door.
It’s really important that you allow us into your home to complete these improvements, and we thank you for your cooperation.
