Letting us know how we are doing

At FCHO we’re committed to making sure our services continue to improve and meet customer expectations.
Customer feedback is incredibly important in helping us do this and starting in April, we’ll be sending a new short survey asking customers about our services. A survey will be sent to you on the anniversary of your tenancy with us. For example, if you became an FCHO tenant in June in a previous year, then each June starting this year, we will send you your survey.
The survey will check how satisfied you are with things like our repairs service, your home and area you live, safety and how we keep in touch and listen to your views.
The information you and our other customers provide us with will be confidential and will help us understand what our customers think of our services, what we are doing well and where we need to improve things. It will also give us information that we and all social housing providers have to send to our regulator, the Regulator for Social Housing, to make sure landlords are providing a good service for their tenants.
Chance to win £50!
By completing the survey, you could be in with a chance of winning a £50 Love2Shop voucher. Each month, we’ll run a prize draw for all customers who completed the survey in that month, with the winning customer bagging a £50 voucher!
We’ll publish the results of these surveys, providing clear and useful information so you can see how we are performing, what other customers think of the services we provide and what we are doing to act on your feedback.
Please keep an eye out for your survey that will be emailed or text messaged to you on the month of your FCHO anniversary and take a few minutes to let us know how we are doing.
