We’re inviting tenders from sub-contractors to support our Property Care teams in delivering responsive repairs and repairs to unoccupied properties (voids).

We own and manage more than 11,500 homes across Oldham and surrounding areas and are committed to providing the highest standards of property repair and maintenance work for our customers.

We’re now looking to appoint sub-contractors to support our in-house maintenance and repairs teams with responsive repairs and void repairs, including rewiring, kitchen and bathroom installs.
