This year's non-chargeable weeks

Your next non-chargeable weeks are coming up later this month. If you do have any rent arrears, making a payment during these weeks will help you reduce your rent balance or clear it altogether.

Your next free weeks are later this month:

• Week commencing 23 December 2024
• Week commencing 30 December 2024

If you have rent arrears and you can afford to make a payment, continuing to pay rent during these weeks will help reduce your debt.

How do the non-chargeable weeks work?

If you pay your rent monthly, the reductions have already been calculated into your payment plan.

If you pay your rent by Direct Debit by another frequency (e.g. weekly or fortnightly) and have a credit balance, we will amend the Direct Debit so you don’t pay rent during the rent free weeks. You do not need to do anything, we will arrange this for you.
