We've delivered 15 new family homes in Oldham and Rochdale

Great news! We have moved another step closer to delivering 750 new homes by 2026 by completing on 15 'off the shelf' new build, family homes in Oldham and Rochdale.

We have bought ten three-bedroom homes on Wellyhole St, Lees and five four-bedroom homes on Spotland Rd, Rochdale directly from housebuilders.

Properties at both developments will be for affordable rent and they have been let in conjunction with the local authorities in each area.

We remain on track to deliver over 100 new homes in this financial year and we are looking for further opportunities to bring forward new properties in Oldham and the surrounding areas of Rochdale, Tameside, Kirklees and Calderdale to make a difference to local people.

Building on the success of these ‘off the shelf’ purchases, we are calling on housebuilders and developers with a commitment to delivering much needed affordable new homes to be part of our future development plans.
