We are committed to our mission of being a trusted provider of quality homes, delivering excellent landlord and support services, and creating thriving and independent communities in our Oldham heartland and beyond. Our vision is ‘Improving lives, and with around 10% of the local population living in an FCHO home, we are proud to be an anchor organisation through our significant contribution as a large local business and employer.
We own and manage around 11,500 homes, and have the highest regulatory (G1/V1) rating, with plans to build more than 700 affordable new homes by 2025.
